Every washer has this label on it…
The purpose of this label is to help in the prevention of water damage to your home as a result a hose failure. This happens due to stretching of the hose caused by “water shock”! Water shock is defined as: when the water flow is abruptly stopped when the water level has been reached inside the drum of the washer. The hose acts as a rubber band and over time it is weakened at the ends of them and this is typically where the breech takes place. In our studies, we have found that it is beneficial to replace your hoses once every 5 years. FYI: There are devices that we can install that can detect a leak in the room and will turn the water flow off to these hoses in such an event. For more information, please contact us.
williamsburg wythe blue
When I seen this color in a dinning room at a clients home, I was very impressed! Its the first blue color that I have ever liked as a wall color! It really makes everything around it stand out! I used the color for an accent wall in my hall bathroom and with the satin nickel towel bar it is really a new experience of expression!
Kitchen Remodeling To The Budget
Here we have a kitchen we completed for a client that approached me with a design & cabinet line from The Home Depot! I was pleasantly surprised as to the great quality of the designing & the craftmanship of the cabinetry! The designer was very professional and she went over and above the call of duty, making sure that the design & materials where exactly what the customer & I wanted! A couple of the perks include cherry wood doors and drawers, tailored with soft/self closing hardware making this kitchen truly, a must have! Crown moulding with rope moulding inserts complimented by rail moulding really set the tone for the charming apparence!

Now The After!
DIY Bathroom Designing That Makes Sense! This bathroom design was introduced to Lou Vaughn by the client. When Mr. Evans told me that he had put the design together on his own, “I was hooked”, says Lou Vaughn, hooked to working with him and his wife! The clients bathroom products & design study efforts made the project really easy for us at Lou Vaughn Remodeling! I personally enjoy when the client comes to us with their design! The outcome is always great! I critique and add to the design, at little to no cost, passing savings unto the client. This approach really makes the client comfortable knowing that they will save the cost of a design fee… not to mention the great feeling of personal design achievement and having the green light to express to everyone that sees the awesome results, “we designed it”! I’m not knocking designers, says Lou Vaughn, or those who choose to use them. They are very much needed in our industry for many reasons and we would not be where we are today without them! I just have alot of fun installing these projects and experiencing the joy as a result of the clients involvement!
If considering on devoloping your own design but your not sure where to start, we suggest starting at Houzz.com and or Lou’s Bathroom Projects. Please do not hesitate to call or email Lou for any questions. email@example.com – 513-921-9229
Project: Cincinnati Laundry Room Remodel
This Project involved removing an existing half bathroom and converting the space into an extension of the existing laundry room! Thats right, we removed a bathroom! For decades we have been sure to add bathrooms and sometimes it didnt seem to matter what space designers took as long as that extra bathroom got in! I’m not in business to try to convince everyone to remove bathrooms but when called on for design consult, I have no problem in talking about what will best work for you and your space in question!
